The iPhone 11 release date

If we take a look at the past seven years, we see a similar pattern for their iPhone release date. It is either on the first Monday in September, which is the same week as Labor Day or the next week. If the US holiday was on Sept. 3 or earlier, then the announcement for the iPhones was the following week. If Labor Day was on Sept. 5 or later, then the iPhone announcements were made the following Wednesday. This pattern was seen in 2015 and 2016, two days after Labor Day.

This year, Labor Day falls on Sept. 2. Based on the previous years, the iPhone release date will most likely be Sept, 10. Preorders for the new iPhones should begin from Friday, Sept.13.

The expected in-store and shipping dates will most likely be from Friday, Sept. 20.

The iPhone sales has been falling 12% in the fiscal third quarter. Their profits too are expected to fall to $9.6 billion. Many of its users are changing to Android. Considering all these factors, Apple needs to get people excited about their new iPhone devices.

Samsung came out with its Note 10, Note 10 Plus and Note 10 5G on Aug. 7. These phones are looking good and have caught the attention of the masses.
